Haina Kalahari Lodge Overview
For that dreamed of real-life African Safari Experience book a stay at the luxurious yet informal Haina Kalahari Lodge on the border of the Central Kalahari Game Reserve. Surrounded by sprawling open grasslands and incredible bushveld in the heart of Botswana’s wild and dry Kalahari Desert, this lodge is typically African, warm and comfortable.

Sited on an 11 000 hectare private wildlife conservancy about 30 kilometres north of Deception Valley, Haina Lodge promises game of all varieties but especially the famous Black-Maned Lions and endangered Cheetahs.
When the rains come in late summer to refill the dry riverbeds of the Kalahari Desert, the grass grows and the trees blossom bringing huge herds of antelope to the region.  Predators get busy and visitors flock to this dramatic part of Botswana’s infamous game viewing territory.

Guests will appreciate the natural comforts at Haina Lodge after a day out in the heat and dust ogling lion and buffalo, not to mention the smaller more unusual desert species and incredible birds.
