Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and board your scheduled flight to Manyara Airstrip. Land and meet your andBeyond Lake Manyara Tree Lodge representative for your first game drive to the lodge. Explore Lake Manyara National Park’s magnificent wilderness in a park famous for its unusual tree-climbing lions and vast elephant herds.
Day 2
Marvel at nature’s beauty at andBeyond Lake Manyara Tree Lodge from your elegant Stilted Treehouse in the huge old mahogany tree branches with ensuite bath, outdoor shower and private viewing deck. Unique night game drives and a scenic bicycle ride take you around Lake Manyara with expert &Beyond guides. Unforgettable Pan-African food is served in the boma and on the lakeshore.
Day 3
2 NIGHTS, FULL BOARD BASIS
Early morning breakfast before a safari vehicle drive back to the Manyara airstrip, to meet a representative from andBeyond Ngorongoro Crater Lodge who will drive you to the lodge. Thirty suites are separated into 3 intimate camps, adorned with gracious antiques, fine chandeliers, bold fireplaces and Maasai-inspired décor. Dine in a domed dining area and enjoy compelling adventures into the crater!
Day 4
Activities at Ngorongoro Crater Lodge include game drives into the crater and beyond, Crater Floor Banquet, Crater View Walk, Olduvai Gorge & Shifting Sands Tour, Hadzabe Bushmen Experience, Lake Eyasi Walk, Empakai Crater Hike, Private Sundowners on the Rim. You will be kept busy with a variety of experiences!
Days 5 – 7
3 NIGHTS, FULL BOARD BASIS
From Ngorongoro drive back to Lake Manyara Airstrip, for your scheduled flight to andBeyond Serengeti Under Canvas. What a cool experience in a Bedouin-style tent with an ensuite bathroom and outside bucket shower, a mobile camp that moves with the Great Migration into secret and remote havens of the Serengeti.
Days 8 – 10
3 NIGHTS, FULL BOARD BASIS
Drive to the airstrip, board your scheduled flight to Zanzibar Airport via Arusha. Arrive in Zanzibar and drive to the crossing point for Mnemba Island. Take a boat ride to Mnemba Island Lodge. Be spoilt at andBeyond Mnemba Island during your island break away in one of 10 rustic chic bandas with palm tree roofs hide in a tropical forest fringed by a white coral sand beach. Private beach dinners and water sports galore!
Day 11
Depart to the crossing point, where a member of the local team will meet and transfer you to Zanzibar International Airport for your flight to Dar es Salaam Domestic Airport. Arrive at the Domestic Terminal of Dar es Salaam International Airport, meet a local representative and transfer to the International Terminal for your outbound flight. Ciao for now!
