Days 1 – 4

Land at South Africa’s Johannesburg International Airport, meet and greet your hosts and catch the exciting planned light aircraft transfer to Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve, part of the famous Kruger National Park. Appreciate 4 nights at the plush, friendly Londolozi Pioneer Camp, famous for its leopard sightings and dedication to wildlife conservation.  Exquisite luxury suites in a grove of old ebony trees and a chance to view a wealth of fauna and flora including the big cats, elephants, rhinos, buffalo and antelope galore.

Days 5 – 6

Your next stop on this African adventure tour is Victoria Falls on the Zambian side. From Kruger Airport, fly direct to Livingstone for 2 unforgettable nights at the pioneering conservation safari lodge, Tongabezi, on the Zambezi riverfront. Super close to the thundering Victoria Falls and the scenic Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. Try some of the exciting activities for adrenaline junkies at this World Heritage Site – sunset cruises, game drives, riding elephants, lion walks and canoe safaris. Or crazy bungee jumps, helicopter flips over the waterfall gorge, and white water rafting!

Overnight at Tongabezi Lodge

Days 7 – 10

You will be on a high when you leave Livingstone for Cape Town Airport. Meet your host and drive to your luxury Cape Grace Hotel suite. This grand old Victorian lady boasts its own marina in the V & A Waterfront harbour. Set off on an exclusive boat cruise to Robben Island or sip champagne as you gaze at the stunning views of Table Mountain. Exhilarating sightseeing in the Mother with never a dull moment – take the cable car ride up Table Mountain, then a scenic False Bay drive to Cape Point Nature Reserve. Penguins in Simonstown, surfing at Muizenberg, hiking in the mountain Fynbos or swimming in the fresh ocean.

Days 11 – 12

When the fun is done in Cape Town’s sun, take a cruise along the scenic coast road to Hermanus, the whale capital of the Cape. Humpback whales, Southern Right whales, Bryde’s whales and Killer whales too – even whale calves playing in picturesque Walker Bay on the Whale Route (best between July and November). Fall in love with the gracious Birkenhead House boutique hotel in Hermanus, perched atop a cliff for maximum vistas of the bay – a dazzling infinity swimming pool and a pampering spa enhance your break.

Days 13 – 14

Spend a night at La Residence in Franschhoek, a romantic, indulgent paradise filled with wonderful artwork and magnificent furniture, the 11 glamorous suites oozing vibrant colours. Enjoy the swimming pool, spa, gym, library and free Wi-Fi in this homely hotel with its warm, personalized service.
