Day 1
2-NIGHT, HALF-BOARD BASIS
Welcome to Kenya’s capital city, buzzing Nairobi, cosmopolitan and diverse. Arrive at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and meet your local team member to drive you to Giraffe Manor. Enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience, feeding the endangered Rothschild giraffe from your lodge window in a Kenyan city! The US conservationist Betty Leslie-Melville and her husband Jock bought this historical residence in 1974 and made it into a Nairobi boutique hotel where you can feed the giraffe over your breakfast table too, so settle into one of 10 beautifully appointed rooms with pretty garden views in Nairobi.
Days 2 – 3
2 NIGHT STAY FULL BOARD BASIS AMBOSELI
Enjoy an early breakfast, and transfer to Wilson Airport to fly to Amboseli National Park, one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close and spectacular vistas crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. Tortillas Camp is named after that tree that symbolises Africa, that Tortillas Acacia umbrella thorn that stands alone in waving grasslands. Intimate, “glamping” style tents have amazing hot showers and patios and days start with “wake up” deliveries of hot beverages and cookies to your tent, followed by incredible game drives in Amboseli.
Days 4 – 5
2 NIGHT STAY, FULL BOARD BASIS MERU NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, drive to the Amboseli airstrip for your flight to Meru National Park. This glorious rarely visited conservation region, features lush wild wetlands, forests and huge termite mounds all over the grasslands. A terrain to see Grevy’s zebras, elephants, Bohor reedbucks, hartebeests, buffalos and more than 427 bird species. Joy and George Adamson lived here with Elsa the lioness and wrote the book “Born Free”. Your luxury Meru safari suite at the private Elewana Elsa’s Kopje has been hand-crafted into the huge rocks with huge bedrooms, lounges and personal decks looking out towards Kilimanjaro. Game drives, bush walks and fishing!
Days 6 – 7
2 NIGHT STAY, FULL BOARD BASIS
Embark on your scheduled Charter flight from Meru Airstrip to Samburu Airstrip in Samburu National Reserve, home grounds of the semi-nomadic Samburu tribe, related to the Maasai relying on their cattle, goats, sheep and camels for survival. Samburu’s lifeblood is the Ewaso Ng’iro river that empties into the famous Lorian Swamp. Fall in love with Sasaab Camp’s thatched roofs, white-washed stone floors, colourful Arabic rugs everywhere and carved wooden couches covered in Moroccan-style cushions – relax beside the vast dazzling swimming pool.

Fly from Samburu Airstrip to Masai Mara Airstrip to begin your luxury safari in this world-famous national park, proclaimed as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa, and as one of the 10 Wonders of the World due to the annual Great Migration. Day 11
It’s time to say goodbye when you leave Kichwa Airstrip in Masai Mara to Wilson Airport on your scheduled charter flight to Nairobi. A local representative will drive you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in time for your next trip.
